2008 Menard Archers Membership Info
Our 2008 Membership Drive (for both renewals and new members) began at the January 2nd, 2008 meeting. The 2008 membership drive will continue through Spring 2008.
Club meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, and are currently being held at 7 pm at Gillmore's restaurant in Petersburg. For more information, call our 2008 club President Dane Eggertson at 217-968-7388.
Application forms for either regular memberships or non-working memberships are available here for download in Adobe Acrobat format. Applicants for regular membership must also download and complete the forms for shoot schedule work proposals and liability releases.
Background Information: The previous 2007 membership drive began at the club meeting held on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2007 at 7 pm at Gillmore's Cafe in Petersburg. At this meeting, the club also installed the new officers, and reviewed the 2006 Constitution and Bylaws of the Menard Archers archery club for possible revisions. The Bylaws were unchanged, but we had a new Constitution for 2007 .
The Constitution and Bylaws of the club are especially important. Prospective members should download and read these documents to learn about our club's membership requirements and work responsibilities, which includes participation in at least two work details and one full shoot assignment.
